Welcome to Apex Briefing. By accessing this website, purchasing any service, or engaging with our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of This Site
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality, security, or accessibility of the website.
Unauthorized use, including attempts to gain access to restricted areas or misuse of content, is strictly prohibited.
2. Services and Nature of Engagement
Apex Briefing provides high-level advisory, simulation-based preparation, and strategic communication support for professionals operating in high-stakes environments.
All services are intended for professional development and preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to contract awards, deal closures, or business results.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials provided on this site—including text, frameworks, simulations, documents, and proprietary methods—are the intellectual property of Apex Briefing.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any materials without prior written consent.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely.
Due to the customized and strategic nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing prior to purchase.
If a specific program includes a refund policy, it will be clearly outlined at the point of sale.
Founder’s Table Cancellation Policy
For the Founder’s Table dinner, the following cancellation terms apply:
- If you cancel 30 or more days before the event date, you will receive a full refund or a full credit toward a future Apex Briefing event, at your election.
- If you cancel 15 to 29 days before the event date, you will receive a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future Apex Briefing event, at your election.
- If you cancel 14 days or fewer before the event date, no refund will be issued. A credit toward a future event may be offered at Apex Briefing’s sole discretion.
- If you do not attend without prior written notice (no-show), no refund or credit will be issued under any circumstances.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The cancellation date is the date Apex Briefing receives your written notice. Your seat is not confirmed until both a signed event agreement and full payment have been received.
In the event that The Founder's Table dinner is canceled or rescheduled by Apex Briefing, registered attendees will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their seat to a future date.
Apex Briefing is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the attendee in connection with the event.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidential nature of your work.
Any information shared during engagements will be treated as private and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.
Clients are expected to extend the same confidentiality to any proprietary frameworks or materials shared by Apex Briefing.
Attendee-to-Attendee Confidentiality (Founder’s Table)
For participants in The Founder’s Table dinner, confidentiality obligations extend to all other attendees. Information shared by fellow attendees during the event, including but not limited to business strategies, financial details, fundraising plans, client relationships, and personal circumstances, is shared in trust and must be treated as strictly confidential.
You agree not to disclose, repeat, publish, or share any other attendee’s confidential information with any third party, in any format, without that attendee’s explicit written consent. This obligation survives the conclusion of the event and remains in effect indefinitely.
6. No Recording Policy
To protect the privacy and candor of all participants in Apex Briefing events and programs: Audio recording, video recording, live streaming, and screen capture of any session, event, or program are strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Apex Briefing and all participants present.
Photography of other participants is prohibited without their individual consent. Social media posts, public statements, or any content that identifies, quotes, or characterizes another participant’s statements or participation are prohibited without that participant’s explicit written consent.
Apex Briefing reserves the right to document its events for marketing and archival purposes. Any such documentation will not identify individual attendees without their prior written consent.
7. Code of Conduct
All participants in Apex Briefing events and programs are expected to engage with professionalism, respect, and good faith.
Apex Briefing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline entry to or remove any participant whose conduct is inconsistent with the professional standards of the event or program. In the event of removal for conduct reasons, no refund will be issued.
8. Limitation of Liability
Apex Briefing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or participation in our services.
All decisions and actions taken based on our guidance are the sole responsibility of the client.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of this site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updates.
