Over the past two decades, I’ve analyzed thousands of executive briefings and high-stakes presentations, watching capable leaders over-explain, rush, or disappear when the stakes rise.
I’ve also watched quiet executives command a room without raising their voice or reaching for control. The difference is rarely talent. It’s judgment.
I developed The Decision Room after seeing the same pattern destroy authority across dozens of programs. CAN WE PAY BY ACH (BANK TRANSFER)?
