Before we schedule, I ask you to complete a short screening form so I can walk into the briefing already understanding the room you lead and the decision pressure you're under. It takes about 3 minutes.
How long is the call?
Fifteen minutes.
Who should attend?
The lead executive or decision-maker. If needed, one key decision-maker who wants to understand the protocol.
Is this on Zoom?
Yes, Live Zoom, No recording.
What if we are not a fit?
You will know quickly. No pressure.

OUR ORGANIZATION BLOCKS ZOOM. CAN WE USE MS TEAMS OR WEBEX?
Yes. We operate on your platform of record. Whether you use Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Google Meet, we adapt to your environment. We do not require you to download external software or breach your organization's firewall.
CAN YOU INVOICE MY COMPANY/AGENCY?
Yes. We can invoice your company and support standard procurement workflows. After you submit the application, we’ll confirm the right billing contact and provide an invoice with the information your team needs.
CAN WE PAY BY ACH (BANK TRANSFER)?
Yes. ACH payment is available. If you’re approved to move forward, we’ll provide secure payment instructions and coordinate directly with your billing contact so the process is simple.
DO YOU SIGN NDAs?
Yes. If your organization requires an NDA, we can execute one before any work begins. This is private, executive-level work designed to protect your engagement and your reputation.
DO YOU OFFER RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS?
Yes. You may request a one-time reschedule of your Private Briefing Call.. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.
Refunds are not automatic. If a cancellation request is approved, any refund will be prorated based on the portion of the engagement already delivered. Work already completed is non-refundable. Any remaining undelivered portion may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I APPLY?
After you submit your application, we review it within 48 hours. If there's a fit, you'll receive an invitation to a private screening call. Typically the call lasts 20 minutes to discuss your specific room, your timeline, and which engagement is right for you. There is no obligation at that stage. If we move forward, you'll receive a proposal and invoice within 24 hours.
